Cato Oil Community Involvement
Testimonials:
The American Cancer Society is extremely proud of and grateful for our 16 year partnership with CATO Gas & Oil through Relay For Life. Relay is the Society's signature event - a community event led by volunteers dedicated to changing the face of cancer in this area and nationwide. This family of associates and customers knows all to well how cancer not only affects one person, but an entire family, and an entire community.
The commitment and generosity of the CATO family has continuously led their Relay team to the top! And for several years members have served as Relay committee leaders in the fight. Employees and customers have helped not only raise significant funds for cancer research, patient services, free education and advocacy, but have also helped us spread the word of early detection, prevention and improved treatments.
The CATO family has vowed to help the American Cancer Society save lives, and for that we are extremely grateful. Each member can take pride in knowing that they are working to create a world where this disease will no longer threaten the lives of our loved ones or claim another year of anyone's life. With their help, we aren't just fighting one type of cancer we're fighting for every birthday threatened by every cancer in every community.
Thank you CATO for making a difference in the lives of so many!

There is no doubt that Cato Gas & Oil associates and their customers have a long and strong history of generosity and compassion. I am proud and inspired by their efforts and increased commitment to helping the March of Dimes and the community. In the past 6 years, Cato Gas & Oil has raised over $90,000 to help impact the health and lives of Delmarva's babies. With the funds they raised, we have been able to offer health information to moms, comfort families when something goes wrong and research the problems that threaten our babies and work on preventing them.
